You are close to everything, yet tucked inside a peaceful, quiet, gated family-friendly neighborhood that feels like a true retreat. Just a short drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Inside, step into a warm, open-concept living space that flows naturally into the family dining area. Beautiful A-frame windows fill the cabin with natural light and offer calming views of the surrounding trees, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxing mornings, shared meals, and cozy evenings together. The living area also includes comfortable seating, TV with Roku, a fireplace, arcade games, and board games for all-ages fun, plus a peaceful outdoor deck with plenty of seating and a relaxing hot tub. Bedroom 1 offers a cozy king-size bed, a soaker tub, and an armoire for hanging clothes. This room also features a double-sided fireplace shared with the living room, adding warmth and charm to both spaces. It has direct access to a bathroom that is also accessible from the kitchen, making it convenient for everyone. This bedroom also includes its own private patio door that leads directly to the back deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 includes another comfortable king-size bed along with twin bunk beds designed for children only, allowing little ones to stay close to their parents. This setup makes the room a family favorite, offering comfort, togetherness, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. We provide a pack-and- play, lightweight stroller, and highchair to make your stay easier. Guests have full access to the entire cabin during their stay. Keyless entry is provided -- No need to keep track of keys. You'll receive a unique door code for your stay, and it's changed after each guest for added security. Parking is available directly in front of the cabin with space for two vehicles. This is a gated neighborhood, and guests also have access to the indoor heated community pool. This is our home away from home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and love you would your own space. We've stocked the cabin with everything you need to enjoy your stay, and we simply ask that items remain in the home so every guest can experience the same comfort. No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed, including emotional support animals. Bringing a pet will result in a $400 fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the cabin. If smoking occurs indoors, a $500 fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning and odor removal, as many guests have allergies and sensitivities. No parties or events. This is a family-friendly retreat, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to respect the community. No local resident bookings. This cabin is reserved for travelers and vacation stays. Please respect the wildlife in the area. Bears, snakes, insects, and other animals are common in the Smokies. ***Never feed wildlife, and do not leave food of any kind in vehicles. Keep car doors locked --bears can open doors if food is left inside vehicle. All trash must be placed in the bear-proof bins and secured. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig-style machine. Starter coffee and pods are provided, feel free to bring extras to suit your taste. Starter supplies include: soap, toilet paper, one roll of paper, one roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash bags. Depending on your group size and length of stay, you may want to bring additional supplies. Appliances may occasionally stop working -- this is normal for any home. While refunds can't be issued for outages, we're committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible. Please notify us right away if something isn't working so we can help. Weather and road conditions can vary in the mountains. No refunds will be issued due to weather or road access challenges. Some roads and neighborhoods may have hills or inclines, and guests are responsible for ensuring safe travel to and from the cabin. Excessive trash left in home or stained linens may result in additional cleaning fees. Lost items can often be retrieved by our cleaners if found, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the guest. Please double-check all areas --drawers, closets, and under beds before checkout to avoid leaving anything behind. We are not responsible for items left behind. Firearms cannot be handled and will be turned over to local authorities if left behind. For your safety and the security of our property, there is one outdoor camera located at the front of the cabin. It provides a view of the driveway and front door only. We appreciate your cooperation with all guidelines during your stay.
